Jeffrey E. Zinder

Mr. Zinder’s practice areas include complex litigation, products liability, insurance coverage, professional negligence, death care and funeral industry liability, personal injury, property damage, construction defect, sports and equine liability matters, complex tort, product liability, premises liability, false arrest, employment practices, trust litigation and class actions. He has extensive experience in trial, at the State, Federal and Appellate levels. Mr. Zinder has served as a Court appointed arbitrator. Notable cases include cases against Ford Motor Company (fuel cell failure), General Motors (cruise control failure), American Motors (jeep roll-over) Granite Construction/State of California (negligent roadway construction) and various drugs and chemical exposure cases. Co-trial counsel with Mr. Witzer, in the record setting verdict against Johnson & Johnson and McNeil Consumer Healthcare resulting in an award of $48.2 million entered on October 3, 2011.

Mr. Zinder is admitted to the State Bar of California, United States District Court for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Zinder has been an instructor and school operator in Martial arts, and is a highly experienced horse breeder and trainer.
