We are pleased and proud to announce that law clerks Antonio R. Delgado and Darren Schultz have both successfully passed the July 2009 California Bar Exam. The California Bar Exam is a difficult undertaking, involving three full days of essay, short answer, and multiple choice testing across a broad spectrum of the law. Many attorneys considered the California exam to be the toughest and most demanding Bar exam in the nation. Both gentlemen passed on their first try; an exceptional accomplishment, especially given that the Bar passage rate has always been very restricted. Mr. Witzer and the entire firm congratulate Mr. Delgado and Mr. Schultz, and welcome them to the firm as our newest attorneys.
