How does the firm approach mediation?

In our experience with our more consequential complex cases, we have found it be valuable to go to a mediation setting before trial. We most often ask the defendants to suggest a mediator of their choice. After all, if they are going to have to pay money, they have got to hear from a mediator that they respect, or that their adjuster respects, or both. In these mediations where we present a full-blown video presentation of our case, we have gotten feedback from the mediators that they have never seen anything of the caliber, or quality, of our presentations. They are impressed with how we have covered every base of both medical and toxicological exposure and made it very clear. We drive home the point of the exposure, the consequences of the exposure, and the impact on these individual’s lives.
