How do you choose your cases?

We are fortunate to be able to take a very select group of cases. First, we do not even interview clients until we have gone through a screening process of reviewing materials. So if they get me all of the pertinent information regarding their case, preferably organized, we will review the materials and if it meets our initial protocol, we will set up a follow up appointment. I try not to have appointments with people that do not have a bona fide chance of becoming members of our firm as clients because I do not want to disappoint them. It would be a disservice to the rest of our clients if we took cases that are not likely to succeed. I have always understood this profession as one that works hard on behalf of the underdog, fighting against whatever odds were set before them and reaching the proper results regardless of the disparate side’s resources. We often fight industries as in the Gorman case and the lumber industry. We often fight large insurance companies. We often fight large medical organizations and, you know, if it is not meritorious, you are not going to win. But if it is meritorious, I feel every stone should be overturned, every dollar should be invested, and every effort should be put into getting the proper result.

Have you received medical attention?

Were there witnesses to your incident?

Do you have legal representation?
