How does the firm approach expert witnesses?

We’ve chosen to seek out experts all over the country, some of whom have international credentials in the highly specialized fields of neurology, neuropsychology, neuropsychiatry, in the fields of immunology, and in the fields of toxicology.

These fields require that you get individuals who are highly educated, involved in research, involved in publishing and peer reviewed papers, and we sought these individuals out to become part of our overall team in evaluation of families who are exposed with toxins. Not necessarily molds, not limited to molds, but any kind of toxins. We had a deposition this week for example. It was in Surprise, Arizona, and boy it was a surprise! When we have a great witness, we are going to use it to its fullest advantage.
