To start off, the jury system is flawed. However, it is the best that man can devise. That may sound like a contradiction in terms to a certain degree. But it is important to realize that truth only happens one time, and then it is gone forever. Until we create a time machine to go back and see what the truth really was, we will never know it. All we have is the ability to recreate what we remember. Re-creation provides the unique opportunity to fabricate, embellish, omit intentionally or unintentionally. That is why our legal system requires the best advocates possible, willing to use all means available to them. Through investigations, documentary evidence, computer animation, preparation of witnesses, and location of witnesses the best effort needs to be put forward so that the jury can get the best idea of what the case is really about, and what actually happened.
