Environmental: toxic poisoning

We consider toxic poisoning cases to be among the most important cases our firm handles. There are any number of ways in which our water can be contaminated. It could be as simple as an overturned truck carrying toxic materials that breaches its container, thereby causing a community to be at risk for exposure to the toxins that were being carried by that common carrier. We feel that we're not only protecting the public by virtue of suing for the clean-up of a toxic leak or poisoning of a waterway, we also feel we're creating a situation where there is greater vigilance in the corporate community to make certain that their transportation vehicles, and any other means by which toxins can be released into the environment, are more vigilantly patrolled and protected.
